Before you can order from the our website you will need to register an account.

Question: When do I have to enter my credit card details?
We will not ask you to enter your payment card details until you make a purchase. For your security, we do not hold your payment card details.
Question: How do I update my account details?
Once you have registered an account you are able to change or update any of your account details. You will need to Log In to your account before viewing any details or making any changes. To do this, simply click on the Log In button at the top of the page.
To change or update your account details click on the "My Account" button in the left-hand menu or on your name at the top of the page.
Question: Can I order goods to a delivery address different to my home address?
Yes, you can set a separate delivery address when you checkout.
Question: I haven't received the goods I ordered yet. Where are they?

Question: I was out when my order was meant to be delivered, how do I rearrange delivery?
If you were out when our delivery partner attempted to deliver your parcel, they will leave an information card. The card will give you a telephone number for you to contact to arrange a convenient time for delivery.The card will also give a website address where you can arrange for a convenient delivery time.
